Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or holidays.

Domestic Shipping

  • Standard delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch.

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹X,XXX.

  • For orders below this, a flat shipping fee of ₹XXX applies.

International Shipping (if you offer)

  • Delivery within 10–21 business days, depending on location.

  • Customs duties/taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

Tracking

  • You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.


🔄 Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Aruma Linen purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how we can help:

Eligibility

  • Returns/exchanges accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, with tags intact.

  • Sale items, customized products, and gift cards are non-returnable.

Process

  1. Write to us at support@arumalinen.com with your order number.

  2. Once approved, ship the item to the address we provide.

  3. After inspection, we’ll process your request.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued as store credit / original payment mode within 7–10 business days of receiving the return.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for size or product defects only.

  • If the required size is unavailable, we’ll issue a store credit/refund.

Shipping for Returns

  • Customers bear the return shipping charges unless the product received is damaged or defective.
