Our products are made from 100% natural, handloom cotton and linen, crafted by skilled artisans. Each piece is sustainable, eco-friendly, and designed to last, so you enjoy comfort with a conscience.


2. Do you ship all over India?

Yes, we ship across India. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.


3. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally. Delivery usually takes 10–21 business days. Please note, customs duties/taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.


4. How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email and SMS with a tracking link so you can follow your package until it arrives.


5. What is your return & exchange policy?

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items with tags intact. Sale items and custom orders are not eligible. Please email us at support@arumalinen.com to initiate a return/exchange.


6. Who pays for return shipping?

If the product is defective or incorrect, we cover the return shipping cost. For size/color exchanges or returns due to preference, the customer bears the return shipping charges.


7. Do you offer refunds?

Yes, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued to your original payment method or as store credit.


8. Are there any natural variations in fabric?

Yes, since our products are handwoven and natural, slight irregularities in weave or color may occur. These are not defects but a mark of authentic craftsmanship.


9. How do I care for my handloom clothing?

  • Wash separately the first few times.

  • Prefer hand wash or gentle machine wash in cold water.

  • Use mild detergent.

  • Dry in shade to preserve color.

  • Avoid harsh chemicals and bleach.


10. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, we offer COD for domestic orders. For prepaid orders, you’ll also get faster dispatch.
